1)History of unilateral CAI and history of first ankle sprain at least 1 year before enrollment
2)Feeling Giving way and unstability at least 2 times in 6 months before enrollment
3) Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAITY) score less than or equal 25 points
4)Normal (BMI) at percentile 5th-85th of CDC growth chart
5)No Lower extremities pain
6)Good coorperation and understand construction
7)Read and understand number 1-9
1)Acute ankle injury at least 3 months before enrollment
2)Physical condition
3) Abnormal foot posture
4)Surgery history
5)Facture history
6)Uncontrolled disease
7)Any treatment
