1. Parents of children [age 2- 5 (± 3 months) years] who are willing to be a part of the study and give written consent.
2. Families who have been residing in Chandigarh since past one year and intend to stay in Chandigarh till the intervention and follow up is completed.
1. Participants whose parents are not willing to give consent
2. Children who have been previously diagnosed with any chronic disease and are on long- term treatment.
3. Families who have not been residing in Chandigarh since past one year
4. Families who do not intend to stay in Chandigarh till the intervention and follow up are completed.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Digital screen time will be measured using a pretested, semi-structured questionnaire. It will be bilingual i.e. Hindi/ English. This questionnaire will provide information on the background information of the family, average screen time of the child, parent perceptions etc. The interviewer will fill this questionnaire with the help of parents of the child.Timepoint: Baseline survey at the start of the trial, End-line survey at the end of the trial, First follow-up at three months then Second follow-up at 6 months after the trial.
