  • junior High School Students
  • age 12 - 15 years
  • bmi for age ≥ median +1 SD
  • Read and write Thai Language
  • Agree to participate voluntarily .
Exclusion Criteria
  • students with medical conditions diagnosed by a physician and a barrier to participation .
