1- No history of combined surgery (anterior cruciate ligament surgery with posterior cruciate ligament, meniscus, etc.)
History of sports activities (sports in which this type of injury is very common, such as football, basketball, handball)
Existence of a unilateral rupture of the ACL compared to an uninjured leg
Women and men with an age range of 24-34
without any training before surgery
A maximum of 3 months have passed since the ACL injury
1- Causing pain and swelling in each stage of the research.
Exacerbation of injury due to the implementation of the training protocol.
