Inclusion Criteria
Women; age 60 to 75 years; reside in the state of Rondônia; attend a senior center; do not smoke; non-cardiac patients; non-diabetic; untreated hypertension; and who agreed to participate in the study by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form
Exclusion Criteria
Participants who are unable to perform the tests; do not attend intervention sessions; voluntarily gave up completing the protocol; have a respiratory rate lower than 7 rpm during assessment

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Evaluate heart rate variability by means of a polar H10 belt. It is expected to observe the cardiac autonomic behavior after an acute stimulation of the vagus nerve in the auricular branch.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To verify age, body mass index and schooling through a semi-structured questionnaire. Check the level of physical activity through a short IPAQ questionnaire. Check performance through a six-minute walk test.
