(1) Age 45-80 years old<br>(2) ASA ?-?<br>(3) patients with off-pump coronary artery bypass graft(OPCAG)
(1) Patients with acute heart failure and acute myocardial infarction;<br>(2) Uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension;<br>(3) A history of renal or liver dysfunction;<br>(4) myasthenia gravis or mental disorders;<br>(5) The MMSE score is below 24 points<br>(6) A history of alcohol abuse or addiction to opioids or benzodiazepines;<br>(7) Expected airway difficulties.<br>(8) Previous ear trauma, lesions.
