入选标准
- •proven diagnosis of CRPS
- •- affected controls: unilateral pain disorders of the hand existing for at least 3 months (ganglion, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthrosis, rheumatic diseases, Dupuytren, s/p fracture) without signs of CRPS, age- and gendermatched to CRPS patients
- •- healthy subjects: healthy volunteers, age- and gendermatched to CRPS patients
排除标准
- •- not being able to lie still
- •- nicotine or caffeine consumption less than 8 hours ago
- •- medication, which may influence the measurements
- •healthy controls:
- •- intake of analgesics in the last 14 days
- •- current pain
- •- current severe medical conditions
- •- migraines
- •- medication, which may influence the measurements
- •- alcohol or drug abuse
- •- pathological achilles tendon reflex
- •- palhypaesthesia of the malleolus medialis
- •- pathological QST
- •- positive screening for depression or anxiety (HADS)
