Inclusion Criteria
ASA Grade 1 and 2.
Weight 30kgs to 80kgs.
Exclusion Criteria
preexisting bleeding &coagulation disorder.
ASA grade 4.
cardiac patients.
hypertensive/ hypotensive patients.
local inflammation.
study drug allergy.

Name Time Method .R.S of 3 or below even after 12hrs post .op. in patients who have recieved combination block with additive.( first rescue analgesia given when N.R.S more than 3).Timepoint: N.R.S. of 1 or 2 in the first 6 to 8 hours post .op. <br/ ><br>N.R.S. of 2 or 3 in the first 8-12hours post .op. <br/ ><br>N.R.S. of more than 3 after 12hours post. op. seen in pts who recieved additive in block
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The Intra operative Haemodynamic stability is maintained within normal limits throughout operation. <br/ ><br>Pulse range 60-100 <br/ ><br>M.A.P range 70- 100 <br/ ><br>with addition of clonidine in combination in the blocksTimepoint: Incision time 10mins post block. <br/ ><br>Continuous intra .op. pulse & B.P. measurements.
