- •Patient aged between 20 to 70 years old, who are complete bed rest with generalized systemic illness and need chest physiotherapy.

- •History of chronic pulmonary disease

- •Spine fracture and pathology
- •Pneumonia at first step

- •Gastrointestinal bleeding
- •Lack of consent to enter the study
