1.Teeth from maxillary anterior segment with irreversible pulpitis requiring endodontic therapy
2.Patients with non-contributory medical history will be included
1.Patients allergic to local anesthetic
2.Patients with systemic diseases immune-compramised conditions
3.pregnant patients
4.Patients with acute peri-apical abscess
5.Patients who refuse to consent for the procedure
6.Patients on analgesics within 1 month from beginning of the study
7.Patients requiring multiple visit endodontic therapy
