Children within age group of 5 years and above.
Medically fit (ASA I, II).
Mentally capable of communication.
Cooperative behaviour for dental treatment under local anaesthesia.
(FRANKL behaviour rating scale is used for behaviour assessment)
Having a primary molar tooth that required extraction.
Root resorption of the tooth requiring treatment is more than one-thirds of the root
Medically and mentally compromised children.
Children who weigh less than 20 kg.
History of allergy to any constituents of local anesthesia.
