Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Teeth from maxillary anterior segment with irreversible pulpitis requiring endodontic therapy
- •2\.Patients with non\-contributory medical history will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients allergic to local anesthetic
- •2\.Patients with systemic diseases immune\-compramised conditions
- •3\.pregnant patients
- •4\.Patients with acute peri\-apical abscess
- •5\.Patients who refuse to consent for the procedure
- •6\.Patients on analgesics within 1 month from beginning of the study
- •7\.Patients requiring multiple visit endodontic therapy
