Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Teeth from maxillary anterior segment with irreversible pulpitis requiring endodontic therapy
  • •2\.Patients with non\-contributory medical history will be included

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients allergic to local anesthetic
  • •2\.Patients with systemic diseases immune\-compramised conditions
  • •3\.pregnant patients
  • •4\.Patients with acute peri\-apical abscess
  • •5\.Patients who refuse to consent for the procedure
  • •6\.Patients on analgesics within 1 month from beginning of the study
  • •7\.Patients requiring multiple visit endodontic therapy
