简要总结
| This study is a Single Blinded Trial assessing the combined effectiveness of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretch combined with Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation on Hamstring flexibility and Lumbar Flexion in college going students . OPD settings at PES Modern college of Physiotherapy , Pune will be approached for the sample collection. All the participants will be screened according to the inclusion criteria. All participants will be explained regarding the procedure and informed consent will be taken. Basic demographic data regarding Name, Age , number of hours sitting per day will be taken. Prior to the measurements , all participants will perform warm-up to ensure consistency and reduce variability in the results. Baseline Active Knee Extension Test and Modified modified Schobers Test measurements will be noted. The participants will be allotted to any one of the groups by Chit method. Group A will receive PNF stretch with NMES, whereas the group B will receive PNF stretch only . Active knee extension test and Modified modified schobers test will be reassessed after the intervention is given. |
