Name Time Method Reduction of psychological stress in subordinates in hospitals. Psychological stress in subordinates will be measured at least three times by using standardised questionnaires: prior to the training of their managers, directly after the training of their managers and follow-up measurement three months after the end of the training on leadership and communication. <br><br>Standardised questionnaires: Questionnaire on well-being (WHO-5), irritation scale for measuring work-related stress sequences (IS), effort-reward imbalance questionnaire (ERI-S 10) without overcommitment, questionnaire on health status (SF-12)<br>
