Inclusion Criteria
adult post-craniotomy patients
Exclusion Criteria
1.Chronic pain > 1 month before the operation
2.On pain medication continuously for 1 week during the last 3 months
3.Prior intubation upon arrival to the operating room
4.Glasgow coma scale score: verbal component less than 4
