Inclusion Criteria
- •Having written consent to participate in the study
- •Failure to participate in a similar training program
- •Teenage girl in the age range of 13\-16 years
- •No history of mental disorders, cognitive disorders and other neurological disorders
- •No drug addiction
Exclusion Criteria
- •Participant's unwillingness to continue cooperation
- •Having an acute physical or mental problem during the study
- •Participating in a similar training program during the study
- •Absence of more than one session in training sessions
