- •ASA grade I or II of either sex,
- •Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries
- •Haemodynamically stable patients with all routine investigations within normal limits
- •Availability of informed consent.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Patients with ASA physical status III and more,
- •Non cooperative patient
- •Patients with nerve injury
- •Patients who have known allergies to any test drugs.
- •Patients with coagulation disorders or anti coagulant drugs,
- •Patients with cardiac disease,
- •Patients with respiratory diseases.
