1.History of elbow pain for at least 3 months,
2.Lateral epicondyle tenderness with one of the 4 tests positive ââ?¬â?? Cozen / Mill / Gardner / Maudsley
3.Baseline elbow pain using a visual analog score >5 (VAS) during resisted wrist extension
4.Patient-informed consent
1. Pregnancy
2. Age less than 18 years, more than 60 years
3. History of bleeding disorder
4. History of carpal tunnel syndrome on the affected side within 1 year before randomization
5. Cervical radiculopathy
6. Systemic disorders such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, or hepatitis
7. Uncooperative patient or patient with neurological disorders who is incapable of following directions or who is predictably unwilling to return for follow-up examinations
8. Previous surgery for elbow tendinosis
9. H/o thyroid disorders
10. Hemoglobin <11 g/dL
11. Platelet count outside of the normal range of 1.5 to 4 lac
12.Abnormal TC
13. History of arthritis or fracture of the affected elbow
14. Received local steroid injections within 6 weeks,physical/occupational therapy within 4 weeks, or nonsteroidalanti-inflammatory medications within 1 week of randomization
