Patient aged between 18 and 85 years.
Patient with signs of carpal tunnel syndrome in the last 3 months.
Patient with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome according to electrodiagnostic criteria (modified Stevens criteria).
Patient with pain intensity of 4 and more.
Severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome requiring surgical intervention.
Pregnancy and malignancy
Concomitant neuropathy or radiculopathy.
Patient with allergic reactions to Lidocaine, Hyaluronic acid and Hyaluronidase
History of steroid injection into the Carpal Tunnel in the last 3 months.
History of metabolic diseases such as diabetes and thyroid, rheumatoid arthritis.
Patient with thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS).
Previous Carpal Tunnel release surgery .
Patient with severe atrophy of the tendon .
