At least 18 years old
A history of MTP pain during rest or walking that lasts for at least 3 months.
Having a VAS score of at least 3 before entering the study
Pain at the dorsal of the first MTP
Radiographic evidence of OA as a reduction in articular space or formation of steophyte (grade 1.2)
Patient's willingness to leave the study at each stage of the plan
Lack of access to the patient for post-intervention examination due to lack of personal referral
The patient's desire to use systemic steroid or intra-articular injection, except for the injectable substance studied by the patient during the study period
Radiographic evidence of severe osteoarthritis (grade 3)
Previous history of MTP surgery
History of any MTP injections within the past six months
Use of modality in physiotherapy in the last 3 months
Do not have the ability to walk for daily routine (> 50 m) without the assistive device.
There is a risk factor for intra-articular injection such as anticoagulant
Presence of poor control diabetes, coagulation disorders, fractures, rheumatologic diseases, tumors and infections and gout
Pregnancy or the decision to become pregnant
Severe deformity of the MTP joint
Acute trauma (last 3 months)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and 6-2 weeks after the injection. Method of measurement: VAS questionnaire.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Score patient status. Timepoint: In the beginning of the study, and 2-6 weeks after the injection of the drug. Method of measurement: American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society Score (AOFAS).
