Inclusion Criteria
1. All Biopsy proven head and neck cancer patient planned for curative management which includes radiotherapy
2.Age group between 18-80 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who already received radiation in head and neck region
2. Those with recurrent cancer
3. All Nasopharyngeal Cancers
