1. Amblyopia associated with strabismus of = 5?D at near / distance with PBCT
2. Anisometropic amblyopia of = 1D spherical equivalent difference between the eyes or = 1.5D difference astigmatism difference between the corresponding meridians of two eyes
3. Refractive error correction given = 7 months based on cycloplegic refraction
4. Hypermetropia = 2.5D Spherical equivalent; Myopia = 0.5D; Astigmatism = 1.0D; Anisometropia = 0.5D
5. Spectacles worn for last 4 weeks at least or = 0.1 log MAR change by same evaluation method measured on two examinations at least 8 weeks apart
6. Visual acuity of 20/40 to 20/200
7. Better eye BCVA = 20/25
8. Interocular difference of = 3 log MAR line or = 15 letters in ETDRS chart
9. No myopia of = 6.00D
1. Newly detected Amblyopic patients with glasses < 6 months
2. Patients with strabismus > 5 ? D
3. Patients with any neurological disorders
