Inclusion Criteria

1. IGT and T2DM were diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of the American diabetes association in 2017;
2. Abdominal distension after eating;
3. Thin stool;
4. drink incense;
5. Fat tongue with tooth marks;
6. Weak pulse; Have binomial diagnosable.
Diagnostic criteria for dampness and heat syndrome of spleen and stomach:
1. Abdominal distension;
2. thirsty drink less;
3. stay disgusted;
4. Heavy head;
5. yellow tongue coating greasy;
6. Pulse slip number; Have binomial diagnosable.
Those meeting the above diagnostic criteria; Aged 18-65 years; Hemoglobin a1c (HbAlc) is less than or equal to 9%; Signed informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

Failing to meet the diagnostic criteria; Type 1 diabetes mellitus, and T1DM with significant complications; Complicated with liver, kidney cardiovascular system, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and other serious primary diseases; Taking glucocorticoids and other drugs that have a greater effect on blood glucose; In the past two weeks, patients with mental diseases who take drugs that affect salivary secretion (such as anticholinergic drugs and anticholinesterase drugs, etc.) have no self-knowledge and cannot express accurately
