To compare two different doses of a drug (Dexmedetomidine which is used as an additive in spinal anaesthesia) by using it together with another drug( levobupivacaine which is a local anaesthetic drug used in spinal anaesthesia) for spinal anaesthesia in lower abdominal surgeries

ASA grade I and gradeII patients
patients with weight from 45kgs to 85kgs
patients with height not less than 150 cms
Patients undergoing lower abdominal surgeries
Patients refusal to be a part of the study
Previous spinal surgeries( technically difficult subarachnoid block)
Spine deformities
Local site infection and coagulation abnormalities, allergy to local anaesthetics or study medications
neuromuscular diseases
patients with hematological , neurological and psychiatric diseases
patients with heart block ,dysrrthymias and labile hypertension
