1. Patients aged 18 to 80 years;
2. Those patients diagnosed with community-acquired pneumonia according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia for adults 2018;
3. Patients with cough, expectoration or asthma;
4. Patients who can take medicine orally;
5. The patient or his legal representative voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.
1. Patients with pregnant or lactating women;
2. Patients who had allergic reaction to Juhong expectoration liquid in the past;
3. Patients who can't cooperate with BCSS score and VAS score (such as disturbance of consciousness, mental retardation, etc.);
4. Patients with severe systemic diseases (such as malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, liver or kidney disease) or surgery (organ transplantation, splenectomy);
5. Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs;
