Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I and II between the age group 20 years and 60 years of either sex with written informed consent will be randomly selected who are undergoing laproscopic abdominal surgeries under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with preexisting cardiac disease
Hypertension
Asthma
Severe renal or hepatic dysfunction
Patients with anticipated difficult intubation
Pregnancy
Patient with known allergy to study drugs
