- •90 patients in 3 groups of 30 each.ASA 1 and 2
- •Group P1 premedicated with pregabalin 150 mg
- •Group P2 premedicated with pregabalin 150 mg with paracetamol 500 mg
- •Group P3 no premedication given
排除标准
- •1.patient with known allergy to medicine
- •2.hysterctomy done under general Anaesthesia
- •3.ASA 3 and above
