- •Adult patients with controlled hypertension of grade II not taking more than two anti hypertensive drugs
排除标准
- •1.Patients with cardiac disease(Ejection fraction of less than 45%), Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Impaired kidney,Liver,Endocrinal or neurological function and anticipated difficult airway
- •2.Morbid obesity,pregnancy along with long duration surgeries( >4 hours with major fluid shift)
- •3.Allergic reactions to any of the study drugs

Abdominal hysterectomy is major surgery.post operative pain is common.pain after surgery can be reduced by giving drugs before surgery with pregabalin tab before surgery.
