Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Adult patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification class I\-IV (aged 19\-70 years)
- •2\) Patients who underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation for the first time after diagnosis of atrial fibrillation under general anesthesia
- •3\) Frequency Scale for Symptoms of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (FSSG) Patients without prior gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptom
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Children (under 19 years old)
- •2\) Patients with a high likelihood of lung aspiration
- •3\) Patients with unstable vital signs
- •4\) Patients with liver or kidney disease
- •5\) Patients with metabolic diseases
- •6\) Emergency surgery
- •7\) Pregnant and lactating women
