Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Adult patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists Classification class I\-IV (aged 19\-70 years)
  • 2\) Patients who underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation for the first time after diagnosis of atrial fibrillation under general anesthesia
  • 3\) Frequency Scale for Symptoms of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) (FSSG) Patients without prior gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) symptom

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Children (under 19 years old)
  • 2\) Patients with a high likelihood of lung aspiration
  • 3\) Patients with unstable vital signs
  • 4\) Patients with liver or kidney disease
  • 5\) Patients with metabolic diseases
  • 6\) Emergency surgery
  • 7\) Pregnant and lactating women
