1.Patients of age above18 years with clinically evident acne scars.
Exclusion criteria:
1.Patients with active acne.
2.Patients with history of keloid scarring.
3.Patients with isotretinoin use in last 1 year.
4.History of filler injection orskin resurfacing procedures within the past 1 year.
5.Immunosuppresion, blood disorders.
6.Pregnancy and lactation.
7.Patients of vitiligo and psoriasis- risk of koebnerisation of treated areas.
8.Patients on topical treatment in last 1 month and oral treatment for acne scars in last 3 months.
•Patients with active acne.
•Patients with history of keloid scarring.
•Patients with isotretinoin use in last 1 year.
•History of filler injectionorskin resurfacing procedures within the past 1 year.
•Immunosuppresion, blood disorders.
•Pregnancy and lactation.
•Patients of vitiligo and psoriasis- risk of koebnerisation of treated areas.
