Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •healthy individuals exhibited scapular dyskinesis of observable inferior angle and/ or medial border prominence at rest/or during movements
Exclusion Criteria
- •pain at the areas of the neck or shoulder region, having any diagnosed shoulder problem (i.e., instability, rotator cuff pathologic condition), rheumatologic, systemic, or neurologic disorders, history of shoulder surgery or upper limb fracture, thoracic hyperkyphosis, chest deformity or spinal scoliosis, other neuromusculoskeletal disorders such as nerve injury, head injury, obesity (body mass index \> 30kg/m2\). All participants signed an informed consent prior to participation
