Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. use smartphone or computer for 5 hrs/day
- •2\. age 18\-32 years
- •3\. have neck, scapula and shoulder pain for 1 month
- •4\. have trigger point on upper trapezius, rhomboid or serratus anterior
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.have cervical nerve problem
- •2\.have neck injury before program
- •3\.have another intervention before program
