- •Patients with ASA grade I & II
- •Weight 40-80 kg
- •Height >140 cm
- •Posted for elective lower abdominal surgery under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients with ASA grade III & higher
- •Temperature <36.5 degree or >38 degree celcius
- •Allergy to study drugs
- •BMI >35kg/sq meter
- •Coagulopathies
- •History of any cardiac and respiratory disease
- •Psychiatric disease
- •Failed spinal block
