- •Patients with ASA grade I \& II
- •Weight 40\-80 kg
- •Height \>140 cm
- •Posted for elective lower abdominal surgery under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patients with ASA grade III \& higher
- •Temperature \<36\.5 degree or \>38 degree celcius
- •Allergy to study drugs
- •BMI \>35kg/sq meter
- •Coagulopathies
- •History of any cardiac and respiratory disease
- •Psychiatric disease
- •Failed spinal block
