Inclusion Criteria
? adults between the ages of 40-59 years old (both female and male)
? all subjects understand aims of this clinical trial and volunteerly participate in the study, which was approved by Dunsan Korean Medicine Hospital of Daejeon University.
? no presence of deficits in cognition with a score of =24 on the K-MMSE (Korean Mini-Mental State Examination)
Exclusion Criteria
? current use of drugs for cardiac, renal disorder and cancer
? history of significant cerebrovascular disorders including brain tumor and stroke
? typical contraindications for fNRIS
