It referred to the Key Points for Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases approved by the 4th National Academic Conference of Cerebrovascular Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association in 1995. All cases were confirmed by head CT or MRI, and conformed to the diagnosis of organic depression specified in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorder (3rd Edition, CCMD-3). The degree of depression was evaluated using the HAMD-17: 7-17 points indicate mild depression, while 18-24 points and > 24 points indicate moderate and severe depression respectively.
1. those meet the above diagnostic criteria;
2. aged 30-80 years old;
3. motor function deficit of at least one limb;
4. clear consciousness, no aphasia or severe intellectual damage;
5. no history of severe heart, liver and kidney diseases, epilepsy, glaucoma or mental illness;
6. The diagnosis of all cases was completed by physicians with senior professional titles in the departments of neurology and psychology;
7. those who have signed the informed consent.
1. those with a history of other mental diseases before the onset;
2. those with conscious disturbance, aphasia and dementia after the onset;
3. those with a history of long-term alcohol and drug abuse, and drug dependence;
4. those with obvious liver and renal dysfunction according to the laboratory examination;
5. those with neurological or musculoskeletal diseases that affect the recovery of functions before the onset.
