Inclusion Criteria

Patient willing to give written informed consent.

Patients with either gender having age of 20 to 60 years

Patient suffering from Gridharsi Sciatica of mild 75 to 80 degree moderate 55 to 70 degree and severe 10 to 50 degree stage

Patients Fit for Matra Basti karma

Patient Fit for Kshoudra Agnikarma

Patient fit for Siraveda

Patient fit for Standard Physiotherapy

Exclusion Criteria

Cases of Traumatic injury

Known cases of bone tumor CA of spine Tuberculosis of vertebral column Fibrosis of sacral ligament Fracture related to spine

Uncontrolled Diabtese mellitus FBS equal to less than 140 mg per dl PPBS euqal to 180 mg per dl

People who suffer from Haematological Disease Applicable in siravedha group

Known case of Anemia hemoglobinless than 07.00 mg per dl Applicable in siravedha group

Patient suffering from systemic diseases like Heart Disease Renal Disease Cancer Tuberculosis and Major Health Problems

Pregnant and lactating women

Patient unfit for Agnikarma with Kshoudra

Patient unfit for Siravedha

Patient unfit for Basti

Patient contraindicated for Physiotherapy epilepsy pacemarkers pregnant women
