1.Patients who are suffering from 1st and 2nd degree Internal Piles.
2.Mridu, Prasruta Avagadha Uchritani (soft, deep seated and elevated piles).
1.Age less than 18 years and more than 65 years.
2.3rd and 4th degree internal piles.
3.Rectal prolapsed.
4.Patients of Acute and Chronic anal fissure.
5.Piles associated with fissure and fistula-in-ano.
6.Uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiac disorders.
7.Malignancy of ano rectum.
8.Pregnant women.
9.Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis, HIV & VDRL positive cases.
