- •1) All the patients visiting the Department of Respiratory Medicine having COPD as per GOLD guidelines 2023
排除标准
- •1)Patients who are not willing to participate in
- •2)Acutely ill and who need ICU admission
- •3)Patients with cognitive impairment
- •4)Patients who are unable to perform the maneuver
- •5)Patients contraindicated to perform spirometry
- •and DLCo(with comorbid conditions like congestive
- •cardiac failure, raised intracranial pressure
