- •1. admission to the interdisciplinary weaning ward WEA1 for weaning from mechanical ventilation from an acute intensive care unit
- •2. invasive ventilation via endotracheal tube or tracheal cannula on admission
- •3. expected duration of treatment at least 5 days
排除标准
- •1. age <18 years
- •2. pregnancy
- •3. admission from an outpatient ventilation facility to the weaning ward
- •4. presence of pre-existing neuromuscular diseases
- •5. presence of pareses of the diaphragm
- •6. presence of rib fractures in the examination area
- •7. presence of surgical wounds in the examination area
