Inclusion Criteria
1) Adult patients >18 years of age.
2) BMI >18.5 and & <30kg/m2
3) Patient needing intubation in IC
Exclusion Criteria
1) Known intracranial pathology
2) Continuous sedative intravenous infusions for
past 24 hours
3) Known severe psychiatric illness
4) Known drug allergy to any of the study drug
5) Known egg allergy
6) Known contraindications to any of the study
drug
7) Cardiac arrest patients
8) Pregnant women
9) HR >160 or <50 bpm
10) SBP >180mmHg or <70mmHg
11) DBP >120mmHg or <30mmHg.
