入选标准
- •1) Adult patients >18 years of age.
- •2) BMI >18.5 and & <30kg/m2
- •3) Patient needing intubation in IC
排除标准
- •1) Known intracranial pathology
- •2) Continuous sedative intravenous infusions for
- •past 24 hours
- •3) Known severe psychiatric illness
- •4) Known drug allergy to any of the study drug
- •5) Known egg allergy
- •6) Known contraindications to any of the study
- •7) Cardiac arrest patients
- •8) Pregnant women
- •9) HR >160 or <50 bpm
- •10) SBP >180mmHg or <70mmHg
- •11) DBP >120mmHg or <30mmHg.
