- •5.Surgeries â?? neonatal emergencies, herniotomy, orchiopexy, meningomyelocele, sacrococcygeal teratoma, anorectal malformation â?? colostomy, PSARP, stoma closure

- •1.ASA status IV, V
- •2.Age - preterm neonates, > one year
- •3.Weight < 2.5kg
- •4.Uncompensated cardiac or respiratory diseases
