  • •1\. Children under moderate or deep sedation
  • •2\. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1\-3

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. BPD, respiratory distress, respiratory distress or chronic oxygen therapy
  • •2\. pneumothorax
  • •3\. increased intracranial pressure
  • •4\. massive nasal bleeding
  • •5\. complete nasal obstruction
  • •6\. skull base fracture
  • •7\. airway surgery history
  • •8\. pulmonary hypertension
