Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Children under moderate or deep sedation
- •2\. American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1\-3
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. BPD, respiratory distress, respiratory distress or chronic oxygen therapy
- •2\. pneumothorax
- •3\. increased intracranial pressure
- •4\. massive nasal bleeding
- •5\. complete nasal obstruction
- •6\. skull base fracture
- •7\. airway surgery history
- •8\. pulmonary hypertension
