Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient in the age group more than 18years
- •2\. Patient with a diabetic lower limb ulcer
- •3\. Ulcer size should be more than 3x3 cm2
- •3\. Wegner grade 1 and 2
- •4\. Patients that gave their consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient suffering fromcardiovascular disease or on anticoaguulant
- •2\. Patients having wound with exposure of tendons or bones
- •3\. Patient with any immunosuppressive disease or on immunosuppressent therapy
- •4\.Patient with Ischemic limb, varicose veinss, PVD , osteomyelitis, gangrene
- •5\. Patient with ulvers of malignant nature
- •6\. Patients that failed to follow up
