Inclusion Criteria
1.All the patients undergoing elective abdominal hysterectomy
2.ASA grade 1 & 2.
3.Age between 30 and 60 years
Exclusion Criteria
1.Documented allergies to any drugs, especially local anesthetics.
2.ASA grade 3 & 4
3.Morbid obesity
4.Raynaudâ??s disease,
5.Hepatorenal insufficiency
6.Those receiving adrenoceptor agonists or antagonists or narcotics before the operation
7.Age less than 30 years and more than 60 years.
