(1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria of IBS-D and IBS-C in Chinese and Western medicine;
(2) PSSS score: male =10 points, female =11 points.
(3) Age: 18-80 years old, gender is not limited;
(4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.
(1) Those with organic lesions of the gastrointestinal tract;
(2) Those with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, respiratory, haematological and endocrine diseases;
(3) Psychiatric patients and patients with severe neurosis;
(4) Pregnant or lactating women;
(5) Poor adherence to medical advice, allergic to the drug; (6) The last 3 months, the patient has not been able to take the drug.
(6) Patients who have participated in clinical studies of other drugs within the past 3 months or are participating in clinical studies of other drugs.
(7) Alcohol and drug abusers and drug addicts*.
(8) Patients who have taken antibiotics or probiotic preparations or gastrointestinal stimulants within 1 month prior to inclusion in the trial.
*Alcoholism: men consumed more than 50 grams of alcohol per day and women consumed more than 30 grams of alcohol per day;
Drug use was determined by clinical symptoms.
