  • Surgery for Upper GI cancer
  • Age over 18
  • Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
  • Major swallowing disorders
  • Dementia or other psychological state precluding compliance and understanding of research protocol
  • Pre-existing enteral or parenteral nutrition
