Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged between 18 and 60 years.
- •2\. Experiencing at least one of the following post\-COVID\-19 symptoms for a duration of at least four weeks after the COVID\-19 infection: fatigue, dyspnea, musculoskeletal pain, cough, headache, palpitation, decreased exercise capacity, loss of appetite, nausea, etc.
- •3\. Have received a diagnosis of COVID\-19 infection through RT\-PCR or ATK testing.
- •4\. Capable of effective communication and able to follow instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of cardiovascular diseases.
- •2\. History of syncope or autonomic abnormalities before COVID\-19 infection.
- •3\. Use of drugs affecting the autonomic nervous system, e.g., beta\-blockers, etc.
- •4\. Alcoholism or current smoking.
- •5\. Pregnancy.
- •6\. History of cleft lip and cleft palate.
- •7\. Body temperature exceeding 37\.5 degrees Celsius.
- •8\. Unstable cardiovascular function: heart rate \> 100 bpm, blood pressure \< 90/60 mmHg or \> 140/90 mmHg, or SpO2 less than 95%.
