Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Physician\-diagnosed post COVID
- •Aged 30\-65 years
- •Resident in Stockholm County
- •Fluent in Swedish
- •Consenting to randomization and participation
- •Able and willing to attend baseline and follow\-up assessment at KI
- •Indicate 'yes' to the following question: Have your COVID related symptoms had a negative impact on your quality of life?
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous intensive care treatment for COVID\-19
- •Physical disability, disease or injury that could interfere with, or be worsened by, yoga practice
- •Severe cognitive impairment
- •Surgery during the past year or planned the coming year
- •Raised blood pressure or irregular pulse
- •Recently diagnosed with or affected by serious mental illness, or reporting suicidal thoughts
- •Diagnosed with condition with similar symptoms post\-COVID
- •Advised not to participate in moderate exercise by their doctor
- •Currently or recently (past 3 months) engaged in regular structured exercise
- •Currently taking part in another research study
