Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Physician-diagnosed long COVID (more than or equal to 2 months post COVID19, as per the WHO definition
- •2.Aged 50-75 years
- •3.Consenting to randomization and participation
- •4.Able and willing to attend baseline and follow-up assessments
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Physical disability, disease or injury that could interfere with or be worsened by yoga practice, like paralysis, glaucoma, etc
- •2.Severe cognitive impairment like dementia
- •3.Recently diagnosed with serious mental illness like psychosis or reporting suicidal thoughts
- •4.Advised not to participate in moderate exercise by their doctor
- •5.Currently or recently (past 3 months) engaged in regular structured exercise or already practicing yoga or meditation.
- •6.Currently taking part in another research study
